EU ERASMUS CD PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF JOINT STUDY PROGRAMME IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

PARTNER MEETING IN THE COLLEGE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES, KLAIPEDA, LITHUANIA

The meting took place on 21-22 July, 2009 

Participants of the meeting:
1. Gabija Mikalauskiene – Head of the College of Social Sciences Vilnius‘ branch(College of Social Sciences. LT);
2. Neringa Cekanaviciene – Deputy director for academic affairs (College of Social Sciences. LT);
3. Janina Prismantiene – Head of Management Departament (College of Social Sciences. LT);
4. Laura Jancyte – Head of Marketing and career department (College of Social Sciences. LT);
5. Rasa Lioranciene – Head of International relations office (College of Social Sciences, LT);
6. Ana Paula Monte – Lecturer (Braganca Polytechnic Institute, PT);
7. Iluta Arbidane, Dean of the Faculty of Economics (Rezeknes Higher Education Institution, LV).
8. Elita Kupcova – Methodic assitant of study programme „Management Sciences“ (Rezeknes Higher Education Institution, LV).

The main goals of the meeting:
1. To review current overall situation of the Joint Degree in International Business Management study programme;
2. To disscuss the dissemination plan, to improve the accessibility of www.jodee.eu;
3. To discuss and approve the Assessment guidelines;
4. To discuss and approve the steering committee for Joint Degree in IBM administration;
5. To review the budget and remind requirements for reports;
6. To discuss the posibility to join the CIDD.
7. To prepare methodological material for each subject and to share among partners. 

Decisions made:  

1. To extend the mobility of the JD in IBM study programme with Erasmus teaching mobility;
2. To translate www.jodee.eu into partners‘ national languages as well as Russian language.
3. To establish a steering committee for the study programme administration. Each partner designates two persons from the institution responsible for comunication between partners and study programme administration;
4. To share the subjects among partners for methodological material preparation;
5. To send the financial and activity reports on time – deadline 1 January, 2010.
